1. Tomatoes

Tomatoes are one the key food to reduce inflammation try to add it in your diet at least four servings per day. It is the major dietary source of the anti-oxidant lycopene that has been linked to many health benefits including many types of cancers and heart diseases. It also eliminates skin-aging free radicals caused by ultra violet rays.

2. Olive Oil
